If you’ve been feeling the weight of the new year already, take a moment to breathe. You don’t have to have it all figured out. God’s mercies are fresh every morning, and today is your chance to lean into them.

Embracing Grace for the Journey

By now, you might be tempted to measure how much progress you’ve made in these first seven days. But remember, it’s not about how fast you’re moving; it’s about staying faithful to the journey. Progress, no matter how small, is still progress.

Philippians 1:6 reminds us: “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

Let this be your encouragement today: God’s still working, even when you can’t see it yet.

Today’s Focus: One Thing at a Time

If your to-do list feels overwhelming, simplify your focus. What’s one thing you can do today to move closer to your goals? Whether it’s making a call, taking time to pray, or even just resting, every intentional action matters.

Heavenly Father,
